Fantastic setting, fairly friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Suitable place for 3 nights in Toses, beautiful hotel. Outstanding view at garden and brand-new and new-fashioned room. Bright restaurant even for dinner at night. Fantastic value, taking into account other Toses's options.

The "La Molina" room at Hotel & Spa La Collada is absolutely stunning! The natural light that fills the room creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for any meeting or event. As a guest, I felt instantly comfortable and focused in this space.

Personally, I found the room's maximum capacity of 110 people a bit too large for my liking. However, I understand that others might appreciate the spaciousness and flexibility it offers.

We arrived and were put into a double room even though we booked a suite. On arrival the hotel smelt of toilets and continued to do so for the few days we were there. We were quickly moved rooms to a suite but there wasn'teven basic tea or coffee making services in the room or mini bar. The room we had asked for did like all the other rooms had a great view from the sitting area but the other two windows looked over the kitchen roof and substation and were ridiculously noisy at night. To order a cup of tea was almost too much and room service didn't pick up twice! The cups and pots for two days were left in the room until we left. Tried to book a facial for my girlfriend on Wednesday and was told that no-one could do it until the weekend!!!

The views were wonderful.

Spa facilities were advertised but it is not until arrival that you realise there is a hefty charge for daily use and it closes for two hours a day in the afternoon!

Scenic views of the mountains from the beautiful building and rooms. the food served for dinner and breakfast is really amazing. Great location close to town and the ski slopes, which are open till late. 🏔️

The staff at the reception and in the restaurant is very friendly and helpful. Nice spa facilities. Comfortable beds.

Very disappointed as the photos on the Booked.net website make it look amazing when in fact it is very ordinary. The outside pool is a joke - no lovely lawns as depicted in the photos - unkept and shabby. We had imagine being able to relax outside with the mountains around us but there was no way you would do that. The Spa looked nice but quite small, was quite surprised to see children in a spa, but obviously nice for families. Definitely more a winter hotel destination.

The hotel was excellent value for money, good facilities, helpful staff. Good breakfast.

The rooms were hot with no individual temperature control, but opening the window slightly sorted out the problem.

Convenient location, supposed to be open until 7:30 PM and only a 5-minute drive to the slopes. Plus, you can explore the nearby villages around here like La Molina! 🏔️

During my stay at Hotel in Toses, I was pleased with two features of the hotel. the flexibility in room selection was commendable. They allowed us to upgrade our room to one with four beds, which was ideal for our group. they were kind enough to extend our check-out time until 6pm, granting us a few extra hours to relax before departing. These accommodations made our stay more comfortable and convenient.

The fact that drinks at dinner, including water, came at an additional cost was unexpected.
